Hello everyone!
Today is the day of the class committee election, and I plan to run for the position of deputy class monitor in our class. Here is my work plan:
As is well known, class affairs are handled jointly by the class monitor and deputy class monitor. So, if I am fortunate enough to become the deputy class monitor, I will work with the class monitor and another deputy class monitor to manage the class well. Firstly, we should rectify the discipline and rules of our class. Although most students do very well, there is a small group of students who often speak and do not follow the rules in class, especially when the teacher has something to do and has not yet arrived in the classroom, the classroom has evolved into a space for them to "freely play": loud noise, not listening to the class committees management, disturbing classmates, etc.
The most frustrating thing is that I have already put my name on the blacklist, and those classmates still ignore me and go their own way. For such students, if they cannot reason with them, they should discuss punishment plans with the class committee and teachers to educate these students. Only by doing so can our rules become the top of the grade.
Secondly, we also need to regularly check the work status of each class committee member: whether the blackboard report is ready, whether they are reading on time in the morning, whether the on duty class leader has managed the class well, and whether the on duty class committee member has played a role, etc. I also suggest holding a meeting every once in a while to reflect on which people in the daily work of the class committee often cause trouble and do not cooperate with our work.
We need to give a warning, and if we dont listen, we need to report to the teacher and propose a punishment plan. If there are any special circumstances, we need to assist the class committee in working together.
Of course, we cannot just talk about others and not ourselves. In my future life, I will lead by example, take my work seriously, make fewer basic mistakes, and set a good example for my classmates.

其次，我们还要定期检查各位班委的工作情况：黑板报出好了没有、早晨有没有按时领读、值班长是否管理好了班级、值日班委是否起到作用等等。我还建议每隔一段时间就开一次会，反映一下在各位班委的曰常工作中，有哪一些人是经常捣乱，不配合我们的工作的。
我们要给予警告，如果一直不听，就要报告老师，提出惩罚方案。如果有什么特殊情况的，我们要协助班委们一起工作。
当然，我们不能只说别人，不说自己。在以后的生活中，我会以身作则、认真对待我的工作，少犯低级错误，给同学们做一个好的榜样。
