Ladies and gentlemen:

Good evening!My name is .I’m ^ years old . we come from Showbe English school. It’s my great pleasure to stand here and share my dream with you tonight.

Different people have different dreams. Some people dream of being rich or famous, some others dream of staying young forever. I also have a lot of dreams. But my biggest dream is to spread English throughout China and Chinese throughout the world.

As everyone knows,English is an international language which is spoken all over the world. Time magazine suggested that English is used by one quarter of the world’s population. Sixty percent of the world’s television and radio broadcasts are produced and delivered in English. Seventy percent of the world’s e-mails are addressed in English. And it is the language of choice for almost every byte of computer data sent across the globe. If we can speak English well,we will have more chances to succeed. More and more people have taken notice of this fact. Therefore, the number of the people who seek to learn English has increased at a rapid speed.

However, for me, I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for I learn English, I sense a different way of thinking which gives me more possibilities to be in touch with the I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the I speak English, I feel a great confidence within me. When I write English, I can see the beauty of the words.

Dear teacher and classmates

Everyone has a dream, and my dream is to become a scientist who benefits the people.

When you dont understand the path ahead, dreams are like a guide, guiding you out of your way; When you go astray, dreams are a hand that pulls you out of the dark abyss; When you are in the darkness, your dream is like a lighthouse, guiding you out of the darkness and towards the future.

When I was young, I always asked questions. Who invented the electric light bulb, who invented the astronomical telescope, and so on. My parents were bewildered by my questions, so I had to ask myself to look for answers in the book. I finally got the answer. The light bulb was originally invented by Edison, and Galileo invented the astronomical telescope. These inventions made our lives more convenient. Imagine if Edison hadnt invented the electric light bulb, we wouldnt have a light tube. Without these, on a pitch black night, we would have to rely on an oil lamp. What a troublesome thing it would be! So, from this moment on, I aspired to become a scientist.

Since the seeds of dreams have been planted, they must be watered with actual sweat and hard work tears. I have decided to strive to become a scientist in the future, and I have decided to do more hands-on experiments and read more science books. Sure enough, I am now the leader of the scientific interest group. Although there is still some distance from my dream, I still need to double my efforts.

When I had a wide range of scientific knowledge, I made a serious mistake - pride. I am self righteous and think I am very powerful. Until one time, a science competition was held in Hengyang City, and the teacher sent me to participate in the competition, but I didnt take it seriously.

Until the day of the competition, I brought my works to the competition venue and saw that all the other contestants works were better than mine, which gave me an ominous feeling. Sure enough, my premonition was right, I didnt win the prize. After this competition, I have come to understand that there are people outside of us, there are days outside of us. All my previous pride has disappeared, because from this moment on, I will continue my dream.

Come on, lets put on the wings of our dreams and keep their wings in our hearts forever.

now i’m a senior grade two student,all my classmates and i are workinghard,we all know the college entrance examination which will come in the year of X is a big problem for us.we must study harder and harder in order to go to agood university,then when we finish our school,we can find a good job insociety.my dream is also that.though now i’m not good at study,i’ll try mybest.
