We all wish (hope) to be happy, so we should take good care of our health.

Health is the best treasure (which) a man can possess. Money can do many things, but it cannot buy happiness. However, so long as man has good health, he can enjoy the pleasures of human life.

In order to insure good health we must pay attention to three things. They are-nourishing food, fresh air and proper exercise.

我们大家都希望快乐，所以我们应该好好保重健康。一个病人因为失去健康而很少快乐。

健康是一个人所能拥有最好的财富。钱能做许多事情，但是它却不能购买。然而，只要一个人有良好的健康，他就能享受人生的乐趣。

为了保证良好的健康，我们必须注意三件事情。它们是营养食物，新鲜空气和正当运动。

I like playing football,Because every boy likes playing it. My dream is to be a good football player. Potatoes are my favorite food, They’re tasty 。My favorite color is blue , blue is a cold color, but I like it. Because sky is blue ,sea is blue，I like sea very. Today I will make a speech about sea,I hope that you can like my speech.

I like English very much! It’s fun. I like reading .Every weekend, I like to go to Da Zhong book mall . I can read books here. Thank you for listening.

Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time away from my cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.

Time flies. Things completely changed at the end of my primary school life. In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired me. Although there are still many challenges waiting for me, these setbacks won’t hurt my confidence and will push me to study harder.

My favorite class is gym.I can't wait for PE.It's really fun,fun,fun.

I love to get out of class.I need a break from books.It fells great to move around.We all look forward to it.It's a chance to unwind.It's like an escape to freedom.

We have gym twice a week.We wear T-shirts and shorts.We play both inside and out.PE starts off with exercise.

We stretch,bend and twist.It's always important to warm up.We do jumping jacks.We do push-ups and sit-ups.then we jog around the track.

Finally,the real fun begins.We divide into teams.We play sports and compete.I like basketball and dodge ball.

I enjoy badminton and ping-pong,too.Soccer is the most exciting to me.Win or lose,it's OK.There's no pressure at all.

That's why I love gym class so much.
