根据我的经验，准备“自我介绍”时要注意几个问题：

1）时间以两分钟内为宜。

面试官一般会说“先简单介绍一下你自己”，有时候会强调不要超过两分钟，或五分钟。有人以为自己经历丰富，两分钟哪足以展示自己多彩的一生？我要强调，任何人都不喜欢听别人吹嘘自己，面试官更希望尽快走完必要的程序（自我介绍，两道抽签题），剩下更多时间问一些他们感兴趣的问题，所以，千万不要把“自我介绍”弄得太长。

2）要以事实、数据证明自己的优秀，不要出现诸如“我很能干，我很优秀”等自我吹嘘的字眼。

比如“1998年、1999年先后被评为报社和报社所在媒体集团先进个人，XX年初被提为部门副主任，半年后提为部门主任。”这句话只字不提我的能力如何、我的贡献如何，但显然给面试官留下深刻印象，以至后面专门问了一个问题“假如你很优秀，老板对你很欣赏，把你提为部门经理，而你的部门有一位年纪比你大、资格比你老、业务能力比你强的同事，你将如何处理和他的关系？”

3）“自我介绍”的核心应该是用你最成功的一段经历或曾做出的最大贡献来证明你是一个优秀的人。

北大02年面试线是270，我的分数是269（英语61，数学80，管理61，语罗67），属于从265—269间被幸运挑出来参加面试的30个人之一，我们多了一次预面试，当时的mba项目主任王建国教授问大家的都是同一个问题“说说你贡献最大的一件事情”。记得当时我很紧张，回答说“我的文章写得很好呀，我们主编也很欣赏，还让我当了部门主任。”现在看这个回答有点离题，不过我在后来的正式面试中用“先进个人”“提升”等不容置疑的事实证明自己的优秀至今我都认为在策略上是非常正确的。

4）不要提及一些消极的、负面的信息。

前面的脚本中间括号部分后来被我删掉了，原因在于说了这一段，我很容易受到攻击：既然我在《计算机用户》干得很顺利，官也当了，怎么会想到要换工作呢？虽然我确实有向大众媒体和财经记者转的想法，但如果不是因为和主编后来闹出了矛盾，我也不至于轻易就离开《用户》。这段故事要被面试官触及，我很难证明自己的`清白，一不小心可能就给毙掉了。

5）要对自己为什么考mba有一个可信的说法。

最好在“自我介绍”部分交代这个问题，免得后面考官再问你。虽然大部分人，包括我自己，是因为目前实在没有什么好机会，才铁了心来读mba，但显然你不能对面试官说“原来的工作很没劲，没前途，所以我想通过读mba改变命运。”你应该说，我有很多机会，读了mba我会更好地把握这些机会。我的解释就大有深意：我跟很多著名企业高层有接触，意味着将来可以给商学院带来一些可资利用的关系，所以我是有价值的；我本科专业是计算机，缺乏经济学和管理学方面的系统训练正成为我事业的瓶颈，mba教育正是解决这个问题的，所以我这样的人来读mba是天经地义的。

6）要把写好的脚本烂熟于胸。

虽然脚本是自己写的，字数也不多，背下来并不难，但如果因此而不注意准备，也可能到时一紧张脑子发晕，说话都不利落，那就麻烦大了。我被老婆逼着一本正经做自我介绍，刚开始的时候有几次中间忘了“台词”，在练过十几遍后，才基本不打顿。在老婆的督促下，我还在好几个朋友面前背“自我介绍”的台词。录音机是一个必要的工具，有数码录音笔更好，因为有时间显示。多听自己的录音你就会发现其实有很多需要改进的细节，比如是否清晰，是否平和，是否底气足有自信。
